WORKING AT HEIGHTS

Installing solar is considered a high-risk activity because it involves working at heights, moving and lifting solar panels, equipment and fragile materials around and up and down the roof. Solaric is committed to their employees’ and workers’ safety and health welfare by ensuring that there are programs in place to eliminate hazards related to work, provisions of PPE, proper training in handling machinery and equipment and reminded constantly with work safety reminders.

Trained for Safety while working at heights

Solaric installers have all undergone safety trainings, aside from regular training sessions conducted by our own Safety Officers, to ensure that in turning on the sun, will be able to deal with the fall hazards and immediately recognize the appropriate actions to take in case of emergencies. Every installer is provided with complete personal protective equipment in compliance with DOLE standards. All PPE are maintained in sanitary and safe condition for the worker’s safety especially during this pandemic.

State of the art equipment

Solaric uses quality equipment and machinery to lift and hoist materials up to the roof. Solaric installers are trained with the proper hoisting methods while observing the proper use of fall restraint equipment to prevent a fall.

Being ahead of the game

Not all homes are built the same and issues that may arise vary from case to case. Solaric considers all installations carefully, which is why a site survey is conducted. During the assessment, we determine the risks, develop appropriate precautions, and make sure that the necessary equipment and systems are provided and implemented.

Solaric is composed of the most dedicated and most experienced renewable project management experts as well as qualified and competent solar installation teams in the nation. We take pride in turning on the sun for every Filipino.
